When you use InfNova by logging in with your Facebook account, we store information necessary to provide our services. This includes:
- Account Information: Your public Facebook name, email address (if provided), and profile picture.
- Public Metrics: Publicly available data about your social media presence, such as follower counts and engagement analytics, which you authorize us to access.
- Platform Activity: Information related to your usage of our AI tools and interactions with brands on our platform.

How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your account and data, please follow these steps:
- Compose a new email from the email address associated with your InfNova account.
- In the "To" field, enter our support email address: business.infnova@gmail.com.
- Use the following subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
- In the body of the email, please include your full name and the Facebook profile name used for your InfNova account to help us verify your identity.
The Deletion Process
- Receipt of Request: Once we receive your email, we will send you an initial reply confirming that we have received your request.
- Verification: We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate.
- Deletion: After verification, we will permanently delete your account and all associated personal data from our systems. This action is irreversible.
- Timeline: The entire process will be completed within 30 business days from the date of your request.
- Confirmation: We will send you a final confirmation email once your data has been successfully and permanently deleted.
Limitations
Please note that we may retain certain anonymized, non-personally identifiable data for analytical purposes to improve our services. Additionally, we may be required to retain some information to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes, but this will be done in accordance with applicable laws.
