We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.
2. User Accounts and Eligibility
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use our Platform.
- Account Creation: To access our services, you must create an account, likely through a third-party authentication service like Facebook. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

- Originality: AI models may produce similar or identical outputs for different users. You are responsible for ensuring your final work is sufficiently original.
4. Brand Collaborations
- InfNova as a Facilitator: Our Platform acts as a neutral venue to connect influencers and brands. InfNova is not a party to any agreement, contract, or negotiation between you and any brand.
- No Endorsement: We do not endorse, vet, or guarantee any brand on our platform. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before agreeing to any collaboration.
- Disputes: Any disputes, including those related to payments, deliverables, or creative differences, are strictly between you and the brand. InfNova has no obligation to mediate or resolve such disputes.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- Our IP: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including its software, AI models, design, and branding, are the exclusive property of InfNova and its licensors.
- Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the original content you create and post on your social media channels. By using our Platform, you grant InfNova a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your public profile information (name, profile picture, public metrics) to operate and promote the Platform and to display your profile to brands.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Post content that is hateful, defamatory, infringing, or discriminatory.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
- Misrepresent your identity, metrics, or qualifications to brands.
- Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the Platform or other users.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT WILL INFNOVA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY COLLABORATION WITH A BRAND.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Platform or by other means. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
